During my working experience in small and medium sized businesses I have seen many business owners overwhelmed by these. I have worked with dozens of these people over many years to refine their attitudes, behaviors and skills. This includes researching their needs, analyzing the findings, making recommendations for action and designing an implementation plan. The teaching, training, coaching, mentoring processes are utilized in a mix that suits the individual so they are empowered and educated to successfully accomplish the recommendations.
